XML Marker 2.2 is licensed on either a per-user or per-workstation basis. A single user license covers one person using XML Marker on one to five workstations, or a single workstation accessed by multiple people.

Non-commercial use license
XML Marker 2.0 licenses for non-commercial use are now available for only $50. These licenses are intended to for academia and hobbyists.

Licensing Details
Since XML Marker 2.0 does not enforce concurrency, the license is per user and is not a concurrent license.

XML Marker licenses are perpetual. Once you buy a license to a specific major version, and as long as you abide by the license agreement, you can use that version forever with no additional cost.

Whether a license is a single-user license or a multi-user license, it has a single license key and must be upgraded or transferred as a unit.

Maintenance
XML Marker 2.0 includes a one year maintenance, which gives you priority support and access to all versions issued in this period.
