Quick start
To get started, load an existing XML files, or type your own.
Some tips:
- Type new XML and see how the error indicator changes as you type.
- Click on the tree to the left to quickly browse the hierarchal nature of your XML.
- Click on the cells of the tables that use see how the text is highlighted.
- Click anywhere in your text, and then click on the "locate in tree"
button.
- Click on the indent button to layout your XML in a prettier way.
- Go to the view menu and select grid selection view, and then click on some table cells.
- DTD support: The current version of XML Maker offers a limited DTD and schema support. It allows you to browse the physical layout of DTD and schema, but does yet validate against them, or offers help building DTD-conformant files.
